Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 10–15 business days from the date you receive your items.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Food, treats, and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at hello@rufbud.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We don’t accept exchanges. Please check the item color, size and number before you placed the order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Special Considerations
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Sale items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
